Registration Questions
Please use the Teach Your Heart Out 2025 Bahamas Online Reservation System.
Each attendee will be required to provide their full legal name, date of birth, country of citizenship, address, and phone number. You will be emailed a JotForm within 24 hours of signing up.
You may register a 3rd or 4th roommate if available. Limited triple and quad rooms are available. If you have more than two people, you must contact us at support@melaninandstamped.com.
For educators, it includes your conference registration, swag bag, conference tee, all access to the conference including entertainment, group parties, meet-ups, and more are included with your registration. All standard Royal Caribbean entertainment, dining, and activities are also included. Non educators will receive a swag bag, cruise shirt, transportation to the port, and can also attend entertainment, group parties, and meet-ups.
Attendees may choose to purchase additional products and services from the cruise line before or during the sailing. A variety of drink packages, Internet access, spa treatments, excursions at port, and more are available to purchase directly from the cruise line for an additional fee.
You will receive 15 PD hours. We will also visit a local school. You can also get college credit by signing up at https://courses4teachers.net/teach-your-heart-out/. There is an additional fee for the college credit.
Booking Questions
Yes! Many of our participants take advantage of our interest-free nine-month payment plan.
The credit card that you use during registration will continue to be used for the monthly payments unless we are provided a different credit card.
Prices are per person, with a minimum of two people sharing a stateroom. If you choose to have your own stateroom or suite, you will have to pay the full cost of the stateroom (the price of two guests).
NOTE: You may reserve a stateroom by yourself and then add roommate(s) up to 45 days before sailing. We will also have a cruise FB Group where you can get connected with a roommate.
If you would like to book a room for yourself you may do so, however you will be responsible for paying for two attendees (double occupancy). If you book a room for yourself, you may add an additional occupant at any time up to 45 days before sailing.
Yes! Some staterooms (and most suites) can accommodate third and fourth guests. These rooms are limited and will be available on a first come, first served basis. Please call us at (404) 444-1265 or email us at cruise@teachyourheartout.com.
If by some chance a huge wave of covid hits and the cruise line cancels the cruise, a full refund would be given. Otherwise, due to the nature of this conference, we do not accept refund requests of any kind. All funds paid are non-refundable. If you wish to transfer your registration to someone else, you may request to do so (limitations and transfer fees apply). We can also provide a voucher if you wish to transfer to another TYHO Conference. We recommend purchasing travel insurance.
Attendance Questions
The cruise is open to all educators! Guests such as spouses, family, and friends are also welcomed to attend. At least one guest must be 21 or older in each stateroom.
And yes… retired educators are welcome to attend!
Yes, you can but they cannot attend any sessions. The ship does have a kid’s area.
Of course! TYHO 2025 Bahamas Cruise open to all educators worldwide.
Itinerary & Travel Questions
Utopia of the Seas has a Perfect Day at Coco Cay, Royal Caribbean's private island in the Bahamas, and Nassau. We set sail June 30th-July 4th out of Port Canaveral. We will also have one day of sessions on June 29, 2025. Will will visit a local school while in the Bahamas. We will be sending more information about this endeavor.
Travel can be unpredictable, and we want you to be prepared for any situation. Whether it's an unexpected cancellation, an early return, or an emergency medical situation, travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment and peace of mind. Please note that travel insurance is not included in your trip price.
